Toyota has announced a concept crossover bZ Compact SUV

The novelty brought to the motor show embodies the style of the company's upcoming electric cars.

Today, almost all automakers have begun to replenish their lines with electric cars. Toyota was no exception, which has already introduced the bZ4X crossover and the Toyota bZ3 sedan. Recently, this list was replenished with another SUV, which was brought to the Los Angeles Auto Show. This is a futuristic Toyota bZ Compact SUV.

The novelty is distinguished by expressive head optics, represented by a complex broken LED line. Traditionally for electric cars, the radiator grill is replaced by a blank panel, and there is a massive air intake in the center of the front bumper. The body profile is woven with three-dimensional wheel arches and several pronounced lines. The stern is notable for its littered rear pillars, three-dimensional graphics of the lamps and a large diffuser with side lights integrated into it.

The inner world of the Toyota bZ Compact SUV impresses with its minimalism and technology. In front of the truncated steering wheel with a pair of joysticks, there is a small virtual instrument panel. All other control is entrusted to the curved touchscreen of the multimedia complex and a small selector with several additional keys.

The technical details of the Toyota bZ Compact SUV are still being kept under wraps. For example, the basic version of the bZ4X is equipped with a single-engine unit for 204 forces. The older modification has two electric motors on board with a total output of 218 forces. The autonomy of a single battery, with a capacity of 71.4 kW, in the first case will be 500 km, and in the second 460.
