The new Cadillac CT6 has become similar to the latest generation BMW 7

Together with the premium sedan in China, the Cadillac GT4 and Buick Electra E5 crossover was certified

China is becoming the center of automotive culture. It is in the Celestial Empire that the loudest premieres of the automotive world are taking place today. Leaks recently surfaced about the new Cadillac CT6 luxury sedan and the Cadillac GT4 and Buick Electra E5 crossovers. But first things first.

In China, the flagship Cadillac CT6 sedan of the second generation is now being prepared for release. The novelty received a different outline of the body. In the front part, a two-tier head optics is now installed. Daytime running lights are presented in the form of thin strips extending from the increased size of the signature grille. The main headlights are integrated into the side air intakes located in the cheekbones of the athletic bumper. The body profile is notable for a set of smooth transitions. The rear lights, connected by a strip of chrome decor, have changed architecture. The sedan stretches 5223mm long, 1890mm wide, 1473mm high, and the wheelbase is 3109mm.

The inner world and the technical part has not undergone any reforms. Under the hood of the Cadillac CT6, as before, there will be a 2.0-liter petrol “turbo four” with 237 forces, which are transmitted to the wheels using a 10-band “automatic”.

The second upcoming novelty will be the Cadillac GT4 crossover. It is based on the E2XX architecture from the Cadillac XT4. The design provides for a transverse arrangement of the motor. In the basic version, the cross will be equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine with 204 horsepower, and the older versions will have a 2.0-liter 230-horsepower turbocharged gasoline unit.

At the same time, the Buick Electra E5 is preparing to debut. The electric crossover is made in the new corporate style of the brand. Elongated DRLs are installed under the faceted hood, and the main headlights are located in the muscular bumper, along the edges of the huge air intake. The swift silhouette is distinguished by rounded wheel arches with edging. A single block of lights with unique graphics is installed at the stern. The electric style is accentuated by the aerodynamic pattern of the alloy wheels.

Information about the equipment of the Buick Electra E5 is not yet available. It is only known that the crossover will be driven by a 245-horsepower electric motor.
