Peugeot unveils Inception Concept space shuttle
Series production is not planned for the near future, and the company says that the "new, simpler and improved design language" indicated by the concept today will be implemented in the brand's models from 2025.
Inception Concept has the most interesting characteristics: two electric motors with a total power of 680 hp, supports 800 V fast charging technology (5 minutes of charging per 150 km is enough), while the power consumption is low - only 12.5 kW / h per 100 km. The electric car has the ability to reach speeds of up to 100 km / h in less than 3 seconds, and a cruising range of 800 km.
The huge windshield disappears into the bowels of the front of the car. In the place where the radiator grille is traditionally located, the company logo and several LED strips flaunt. Add the complete absence of handles at the doors, and the wheels are fastened with a central nut.
Inside the compartment there is amazing futurism, instead of a cabin there is a new space, instead of an armchair there is a cozy living room. You can rest, play on the go, if you wish, drive the car yourself.
The steering wheel is rectangular, a display is installed on it, to the right of it are touch circles that are designed to control various car systems, a media system.
The Inception Concept represents Peugeot's commitment to reducing the emissions of its vehicles by 50% by 2030, with the company aiming to achieve full carbon neutrality by 2038. The next two years, the company promises to release 5 new all-electric models, and by 2030, only electric vehicles will be sold in the European market.
