Porsche to launch a new electric crossover

The five-meter-long parkettes will cost about 300,000 euros.

Porsche will significantly increase the number of electric cars in its lineup in the coming years. In addition to the Taycan, an electric Macan and zero-emission versions of the Boxster and Cayman 718 will join the German manufacturer's lineup between 2024 and 2025. However, the largest model will not appear until 2027. It will have to compete with Bentley and Rolls-Royce.

Some reputable sources have revealed important details about the mysterious Porsche that could cost at least 270,000 euros, three times the base price of the Cayenne. The crossover has been in development since 2020 under the codename K1. It is likely to be based on an evolution of the PPE platform, which will house the next generation of powertrains.

It is also already known that the novelty will have a length of almost five meters and a fully steerable chassis. A battery with a capacity of more than 100 kWh can be recharged in a very short time.
