Today in Haikou, Great Wall Corporation announced the King Kong Cannon pickup truck with automatic transmission. The SUV is equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The novelty is offered in twelve different versions. Among them there are diesel and gasoline versions, options with manual transmission and automatic transmission, as well as mono and all-wheel drive modifications. The price ranges from 97,800 to 120,800 yuan.
The huge Great Wall is endowed with a brutal appearance. Under the embossed hood there is a massive radiator grill, along the edges of which multifaceted block headlights of the head LED optics are installed. All this is backed up by an athletic bumper with fog lights integrated into it. The profile of the body is distinguished by pronounced stampings and three-dimensional angular wheel arches. At the stern are placed, traditional for pickups, vertical lights. The off-road mood is emphasized by a tubular structure located in the loading platform. The car is offered in a regular and extended version. In the first case, the dimensions are 5365 x 1880 x 1815 mm, and the distance between the axles is 3,140 mm, and in the second, the length increases to 5,635 mm. At the same time, the carrying capacity of the body is the same everywhere - 500 kg.
Salon Great Wall is quite simple. At the same time, older versions have a three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel, a small virtual instrument panel, and a multimedia display. Also in the set of equipment you can find an electronic parking brake, air conditioning with manual control and deflectors on the second row, artificial leather seats and more.
The Great Wall line of engines is represented by two 2.0-liter turbo fours. The petrol version produces 190 hp and 360 Nm, while the diesel version produces 163 hp. and 400 Nm. All efforts can be transmitted both through the “mechanics” and through the 6-band automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is provided only in basic modifications, in the rest it is full. In terms of suspension, a combination of double wishbone front suspension and rear leaf spring is used.
