Cadillac Celestiq concept electric sedan unveiled

The electric car has many references to the classic Cadillac models of the 1930s

More recently, Cadillac announced the luxury show car called Celestiq . The exquisite style was transferred from the most successful models of the last century. The designers were inspired by such examples as Cadillac V-16 from the thirties and Cadillac Eldorado Brougham from the fifties.

That' why the company's representatives position the novelty as a sedan, not a fastback. In spite of this, the front end, by the structure of the radiator panel and vertical LED stripes, frankly resembles the features of the Cadillac Lyriq.

The exact technical details have not yet been revealed. However, it is already known that the top version of the electric car will produce 800 horsepower.

The estimated cost of the novelty will be $300,000. The model is planned to be assembled manually at the plant, which already received an investment of 81 million dollars.
