From cars to the sky: Mercedes-Benz to build a skyscraper in Dubai

The legendary car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz's first step into the world of high-rise architecture promises a famous combination of German quality and Arabian luxury hospitality: the skyscraper will open its doors in 2026.

Mercedes-Benz is partnering with renowned Arabian developer Binghatti Properties to launch a unique project in Dubai - the construction of a luxury skyscraper called Mercedes-Benz Places. This 65-story tower will be the first such project for the German automaker. The building is planned to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2026.

The new skyscraper in the center of Dubai, developed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti Properties, is the epitome of luxury and innovation. Reaching a height of 341 meters, this building will offer exclusive residences that promise to be an epicenter of comfort and elegance. Each apartment will have its own private terrace, swimming pool and panoramic views of Dubai's vibrant cityscape, including its famous landmarks.

The use of smart home technologies and other cutting-edge innovations will make living in these apartments not only comfortable but also incredibly convenient. These technologies are expected to provide residents with a wide range of smart features, including automated control of lighting, climate control and security.

Full details of the project will be officially unveiled on January 24. At the moment it is known that prices for apartments range from 8.8 million to 79 million dirhams, which is equivalent to approximately 2.4 - 21.5 million dollars. This price range indicates the high level of luxury and exclusivity offered in this unique skyscraper.
