Legendary rock musician David Crosby dies suddenly in US

In the United States, at the age of eighty-one, one of the most influential performers and rock musicians of our time, David Crosby, has died.

It is reported that the tragedy came as a surprise to everyone, because, despite his age, Crosby did not complain about his health and remained active in his work.

Literally a day before his death, he got in touch on social networks, telling fans about his immediate plans.

David Crosby, along with Roger McGuin, Gene Clark, Chris Hillman and Michael Clark Crosby, laid the foundation for 1960s Los Angeles folk rock in The Byrds, of which Crosby was a member for several years in the mid-sixties.

He was twice inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In addition, cinema was also present in his career. Crosby starred in the films Hook and Thunderheart, and voiced two characters in the animated series The Simpsons.
