Legendary rock band AC/DC returns to the stage after a seven-year hiatus

The last time the rockers performed in front of the public was in 2016.

Founded in 1973, legendary Australian rock band AC/DC will return to the stage after a seven-year hiatus.

The live performance of the band is scheduled for October this year as part of the Power Trip festival, which will be held in California.

In addition to AC/DC, the festival will also feature Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne and Tool.

The band last appeared on stage in 2016, at the same time the tour was canceled due to hearing problems with vocalist Brian Johnson.

In 2017, one of the founders of the band, Malcolm Young, died, in whose memory the band released an album in 2020.
