Such different Easter cakes: the best Easter baking recipes
If for some reason you do not like the classic cake, then you can try to improve its recipe
Easter is approaching - it's time to learn and implement Easter cake recipes. We offer some of the most delicious and unusual:
These are small cookies. To prepare 8 pieces, you need to take 300 ml of milk, 1 egg, 500 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 15 g of fresh yeast and a small amount of salt. You can add cinnamon (if you like this spice) or finely chopped nuts.
Add butter, salt, yeast to warm milk. After mixing, add sunflower oil, egg and, stirring, introduce the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film and leave for 40 minutes. After the dough is divided into 8 portions, each turn into a bun, cover them with a film. Roll the koloboks as thinly as possible, grease with warm butter and lightly flavor with sugar (add cinnamon at this stage). We twist into the longest possible tube. We cut it lengthwise so that it is convenient to roll into a spiral.
We bake the resulting spirals for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Yeast-free Easter cake
Recipe for a quick traditional holiday treat. For 12 mini-cakes you need 400 g of cream cheese, 150 ml of 35% cream, 75 g of white chocolate, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, lemon zest, 1 g of vanilla, 300 g of flour, 4 eggs, 450 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of raisins, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 40 grams of almond crumbs.
Beat the cheese and 100 ml of cream, heat the remaining amount and dissolve the chocolate in them. Next, pour this, as well as vanilla and cognac, into a container with cheese, beat. Separately, beat the eggs with powdered sugar - until the contents double.
Beat both with a mixer, stir in the zest, stir. Gradually add flour and baking powder, beat. Throw in raisins. With this mass we fill two-thirds of the oiled form, after dusting it with flour. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
On the eve of the holiday, wash dried fruits and soak them together with orange zest in cognac, adding orange juice. During the night, dried fruits are saturated with the aroma and taste of cognac and orange.
First, heat the milk, pour a tablespoon of sugar and yeast into it. Mix, add flour. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream. We leave it for a while - until the contents become twice as large.
In the meantime, break the eggs into a container, pour the yolks, put the cottage cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and beat it all with a blender or mixer. Mix the dough with this mass, mix, introducing flour and warm butter. Mix until smooth. We leave the mass for a couple of hours in a warm place. When it rises, add dried fruits.
We divide what happened into equal parts, distribute it in forms, cover with a towel, let it rest a bit, and then bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
The recipes are designed in such a way that, no matter which one you choose (curd, for example, those who follow the figure will appreciate), the final result will please you and your loved ones.
