To improve attention and control, students are advised to walk to school

Even 20 minutes of walking improves neurocognitive functions.

The researchers conducted an experiment by asking 20 schoolchildren around the age of 10 to walk on a treadmill at an average speed for half an hour. They then had to take a reading test. When comparing the results with those who did not participate in the experiment, it turned out that after walking the results of schoolchildren were better.

Thus, even a twenty-minute walk improves brain function, such neurocognitive functions as attention and control, but this does not happen immediately, but 25-30 minutes after training.

Be that as it may, all pediatricians agree that children should walk for an hour and a half after school before starting homework. This is the best way for the good development of the child.

Earlier it became known that a single school uniform may appear in Russia. Experts have been arguing about the need for this for more than a year.
