Named the optimal time of daytime sleep
The duration of sleep depends on the individual characteristics of the organism and the lifestyle of a person.
If the quality of your night's sleep is poor and you literally fall from fatigue during the day, why not take a nap? A short daytime nap is quite capable of restoring energy.
Somnologist Sofia Cherkasova spoke about the intricacies of daytime sleep - according to her, it should last no more than an hour (with significant lack of sleep). If you had a good rest at night, then the rest in broad daylight has the right to be very, very short: "for a person who, in principle, gets enough sleep at night, but likes to sleep during the day, 15-20 minutes is enough," the specialist noted.
Ideally, daytime sleep should fall at a fairly early time - 13-14 hours of the day. Going into the arms of Morpheus in the later hours, you run the risk of having difficulty falling asleep at night.
