1. More vitamins

2. No to bad habits

3. Movement is life

In winter, we move less, but with the onset of spring, we need to gradually enter the activity mode. The key word is gradually. Increase physical activity day by day. Don't do overly complex exercises. Even regular walking can make the body more resilient.

4. Don't get cold

You should dress according to the weather. Now for most of the day the sun is shining, because of which it may seem that it is finally warmer. However, the earth has not yet warmed up, and the wind can hardly be called warm, so walking without a hat or in thin nylon tights may well lead to a cold.

5. Hygiene

Do not forget to wash your hands when returning to the premises from the street. During the off-season, microbes spread especially actively. Also, at least twice a day, you need to ventilate the room. And every week - do wet cleaning.

6. Rest

Try to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. Lack of rest reduces the protective resources of the body to zero.

7. Without self-treatment

Do not take any medications without a doctor's prescription. Annual preventive examinations and medical examinations are a guarantee of health.
