The time has come for sunny days, in connection with which many have already had a desire to sunbathe. The spring sun is much milder than the summer sun, but it can also damage the skin. Dermatologist Elena Kudashkina told about how to sunbathe with benefit.

"Sun radiation is good for the skin only at certain hours. For example, in winter it is quite possible to be in the sun from 11 am to 4 pm. But in spring and summer <...> you can sunbathe only before 11 am and after 4 pm," the doctor noted. During these hours, ultraviolet is produced in smaller quantities, so tanning is harmless.

The recommended time for sunbathing in the spring, according to the expert, is half an hour to an hour. While under the rays, it is better to avoid a static position. Walk, play sports or play outdoor games - this way the sun's heat will dissipate over all exposed skin areas, making the tan look even and beautiful.
