They ruin your posture: top habits that harm your back
Healthy posture not only makes us more attractive, but also eliminates many other health problems.
The back is one of the most vulnerable parts of the human body; it is very easy to injure. Unfortunately, you can get a back injury not only when playing sports or in an accident. Often the back is injured due to our habits, the harm of which we are not aware of. Here are some of them:
Slouch

A sedentary lifestyle and the habit of slouching overload the back muscles, which causes pain and pinched nerves. Physical activity will help prevent this. Try to take five-minute exercise breaks every hour. You can do a series of bends, squats, stretch your shoulders, or just walk/run. Physical activity has an anti-inflammatory effect, relieves pain, and strengthens the back muscles.
Sleeping in the wrong position

Incorrect sleeping position causes the back muscles to become unnecessarily tense. Thus, it is not recommended to sleep in a position in which the spine bends or twists (those who like to curl up while sleeping or sleep on their stomach, turning their head to the left or right, are advised to choose a different, safer position for their back).
Improper lifting of weights

If you grab or lift heavy objects too quickly, sharply, your back may react not only with pain, but also with pinched discs in the spine. To safely lift something heavy, do not straighten your back or twist your body, but keep your torso straight and bend your knees to squat (do not hunch over to reach the object). Grasp the object, holding it close to your body and straightening your legs. Resist the urge to turn your torso and simply turn your legs to move where you want to go.
Stress
Worrying about what is not within your control not only throws you out of psychological balance, but also makes the body more vulnerable, causing pain in the most weakened areas. In addition, when stressed, a person sleeps poorly and involuntarily slouches, which, as has already turned out, does not make the back healthier.
Take care of your health and life will sparkle with all its colors.
