Elon Musk refused to buy Twitter

According to the U.S. media, Twitter received an official letter from a representative of Ilon Musk, in which the billionaire refuses to further support the acquisition of the social network.

It is noted that Musk is disappointed with the large volume of false accounts, which the company's management has tried in every way to hide from him.

And all attempts by Musk to disclose the true state of affairs were met with opposition from the owners of the social network.

According to some reports, the deal, which was originally estimated at 44 billion rubles, included the possibility of canceling the merger agreement and abandoning the intended deal, which the businessman took advantage of.

Nevertheless, Twitter's management has already announced its intentions to go to court and force Musk to complete the deal.
