"Bright, fast-moving pictures disturb the formation of the visual apparatus, give stress to the immature nervous system. Substitution of communication with native adults for viewing gadgets disrupts the formation of emotional connections and values of the child. ... Early use of gadgets inhibits the development of communication skills", - said Plena Mikhaylova.
