OnePlus confirms two new products will be unveiled on April 4th

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is one of the devices that the phone maker will officially unveil early next month.

Information about the new OnePlus event taking place on April 4 made headlines last week. Today, the Chinese company has confirmed that not one, but two OnePlus products will be unveiled on April 4th. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is one of the devices that the phone maker will officially unveil early next month.

The second product is the Nord Buds 2, which, like the smartphone, will be quite affordable. Both products will be launched in India on April 4th but will likely be available in other countries under different names and/or configurations.

OnePlus has already posted photos of the phone on its website, but no specs information yet. The same goes for the Nord Buds 2, which looks pretty much the same as the original model except for the insides. The Nord CE 3 Lite 5G will be available in Pastel Lime while the Nord Buds 2 will be available in Black and White.

While OnePlus has avoided divulging the specs of either of the two products, according to leaks, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G will feature a huge 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a massive 5000 battery with support for 67W fast charging.

The Nord CE 3 Lite 5 is rumored to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G octa-core processor, 6/8GB of RAM, and 128/256GB of internal storage (up to 1TB via microSD card). There should be a triple camera setup on the back of the phone (108MP + 2MP + 2MP) and there will likely be a secondary 16MP selfie camera on the front.

The phone will ship with OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13 and is speculated to support dual SIM and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. No pricing details yet, but OnePlus has already announced that it will offer customers 2 months of free YouTube Premium discounts and the Exchange program.
