Jennifer Aniston shares the secret of good hair

The words "good hair" and "Jennifer Aniston" have become almost synonymous. And it all started with Rachel, the heroine of the classic 90's TV series "Friends", which ensured the actress a place in pop culture with its popularity. Since then, fans have tried to replicate examples of her stellar hairstyles. Now 53, Aniston still has good hair and has just discovered the most important rule she adheres to in her grooming.

The practice includes Jennifer's own cosmetics line, Lola Vie, which she launched last year. But the focus is not on anything high-tech or revolutionary. In a new interview with British Vogue, the actress said the step in hair care that she never skips is making sure her hair is protected.

"The most important rule I've learned in my years of working with stylists is protection! We expose our hair to traumatic procedures like straightening, curling, all the things that have a momentary effect," she said. "That's why you need to use products that protect every step of the way."

The two main products Aniston uses from the Lola Vie line are Glossing Detangler (a hair detangler) and Perfecting Leave-In Conditioner (a leave-in conditioner). They are multifunctional, containing elements based on vegetable oils that protect the hair from intense heat.
