Psychologist Lyubov Blagodareva spoke about the dangers of addiction to social networks:
“Flipping through the tape, the human brain is looking for something interesting, useful, something that evokes emotion. There is a short-term release of a small dose of dopamine, then it also falls quickly,” she explained, adding that she was faced with a lack of pleasure hormone after his surge, a person experiences anxiety, becomes aggressive, he develops apathy and insomnia.
The specialist advises to put off gadgets a couple of hours before bedtime, and go to the kingdom of Morpheus no later than 23:00. This will help you get a good rest and not disrupt the production of the sleep hormone melatonin.
