Celebrity outfits at the Screen Actors Guild Awards
Award season is in full swing, and stars are showing off their best looks on the red carpet.
The Screen Actors Guild Awards were presented in Los Angeles. This award is remarkable in that the winners are chosen by those who themselves are in front of the camera. That is, their own among their own. And when your colleagues celebrate you, it is doubly honorable - it means that your work really was on top. And the usual in such cases competition and professional envy fade into the background, allowing the best of the best to receive well-deserved prizes. So it was this time. But in this review, we are interested in those who, perhaps, did not go up on stage on Sunday evening, but clearly shone in front of the entrance to the hall, posing on the red carpet for numerous photographers.
*****
Jamie Lee Curtis
Nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in Everything, Everywhere, the actress strutted to the party in a red Romona Keveza evening gown with long sleeves and a plunging neckline.
Jenny Slate
The actress wore a “double” dress from the Zuhair Murad 2023 resort collection, with a whimsical top reminiscent of an encrusted bra and a draped hem.
Cara Delevingne
The model/actress appeared before the photographers in a dramatic long-sleeved Carolina Herrera dress with a full skirt. And under the skirt were pants. Her TV show, The Building Murders, was nominated for Outstanding Ensemble Performance in a Comedy Series.
Jessica Chastain
The bright crimson dress of the star of "Dangerous Game Sloan" from Zuhair Murad attracted the attention of all those present. Taffeta helped create a curvaceous silhouette with draping around the bodice.
Zendaya
The actress also reminded her appearance that spring will come in a couple of days. Her soft pink satin gown by Valentimo was richly studded with roses, giving the impression that the Euphoria star was walking through a blooming garden. Jewelry from Bulgari completed the look.
Amanda Seyfried
Seyfried wore a bright lime-green Prada baby dollar dress with a long train to the ceremony. She completed her playful look with a matching updo.
Jenna Ortega
The 20-year-old Wednesday star was the expression of gothic glam in a shimmery black Atelier Versace high-slit dress. The asymmetry and plunging neckline did the trick. The actress compensated for her small height with sandals with 12-centimeter heels.
Emily Blunt
The actress chose a bright red dress from Oscar de la Renta for the evening. Textured horizontal stripes were decorated with a "liana" that runs through the entire silhouette, made of pale pink flowers and green leaves.
Michelle Yeoh
The favorite of the evening, who became the first Asian winner of the US Screen Actors Guild for outstanding performance of the main role in the film "Everything and Everywhere at the Same Time", accepted the award and a standing ovation in a spectacular dress from Schiaparelli.
Ana de Armas
The star of "Blonde" in her image at the ceremony emphasized the exact opposite of her famous heroine - Marilyn Monroe. Dark hair, a muted Louis Vuitton dress with a floral print and dramatic black bows on the straps completed the image of reigning elegance.
Cate Blanchett
According to the results of last year, the Oscar nominee emphasized her chiseled figure with a luxurious evening dress made of sparkling sequins and fine lace.
