Brad Pitt doesn't recognize people

In a recent interview with GQ, the 58-year-old actor admitted that he has difficulty recognizing faces.

Brad Pitt has not seen a doctor or confirmed a diagnosis of prosopagnosia, a disorder of the brain associated with facial perception. Usually people are born with it and suffer from it all their lives. The actor claims that he probably has this disorder because he has always had trouble recognizing people in crowds and because of this he feels uncomfortable being in society.

Pitt admitted that he has long worried that people would think he was "alienated, inaccessible and self-absorbed." "No one believes me! And I want to meet someone else with the same problem," said the actor to writer Ottessa Moshfegh, who revealed that her husband also seems to suffer from prosopagnosia.

This isn't the first time Brad has mentioned his disorder. In 2013, he told Esquire magazine, "So many people hate me because they think I don't respect them. Every once in a while someone gives me a clue, and I say, 'Thank you for helping me.' But a lot of people are definitely upset with me."
