Fans made fun of Heidi Klum's dress at the Oscars party

Fans of Heidi Klum know about her love for unique pieces of clothing. But Twitter users were clearly not ready for her look at the 95th Academy Awards. Namely, at one of the festive parties on the occasion of the presentation of the main film award of the year. She was hosted by Elton John's AIDS Foundation.

The 49-year-old TV presenter and former model came arm in arm with husband, musician Tom Kaulitz, in an unusual yellow dress by Georges Hobeika. It consisted of a long transparent skirt with a high slit and numerous "petals" that covered the upper part of the outfit like foliage on a tree.

When the pictures of Heidi were posted, many took to social media to share the mixed reactions. “Can't hate it because she always makes every event funny. The mood of an outlandish bird,” wrote one Twitter user. "What a nightmare. And I like Heidi Klum, but that doesn't stop people from overdoing it with fashion," added another. “Almost every controversial image I saw tonight was at Elton John’s party, it’s just…,” a third social media user was indignant.
