In a conversation with the publication, Kim told that she strives to be "perfect", but she has accepted her flaws and is at peace with herself. In particular, she talked about Botox injections, which Kardashian has been accused of using more than once. According to her, she only injected the drug to smooth out wrinkles on her forehead, but neither her cheeks nor her lips were affected. Speaking about her work on herself, the heroine of the August issue of Allure said that she considers her health her top priority.

Journalists also asked Kardashian about her recent slimming by eight pounds, thanks to which she was able to wear a Marilyn Monroe dress at the Met Gala. Many did not approve of Kim, saying that her "loud" weight loss set a bad example for young girls. She replied that she took the weight loss challenge as preparation for her role and said that no one judged the professionals for that and many called them "geniuses".
