Anne Hathaway stars in Versace ad campaign dedicated to style icons
The 40-year-old actress showed off a new version of the little black dress.
Anne Hathaway presented two black dresses from Versace - mini and midi - in black and white photographs. The irreplaceable creative director of the Italian fashion house Donatella Versace beat the classic piece of clothing with the help of a cut, a type of fabric and shiny metal fasteners on the shoulder straps.
"First images of the #VersaceIcons campaign," the actress captioned the pictures posted on social media. "When the smart and talented Donatella Versace approached me for this campaign, she shared with me the vision of a timeless collection with Versace's trademark edginess."
In addition to black and white images of Anne in feminine dresses, a color shot with a more informal image can be seen as part of the brand's advertising campaign. In the photo, Hathaway poses in a black corset, leather jacket and blue jeans with a high waist. "Now I'm going to enjoy life in these sexy jeans," she said.
