Mask with honey and yogurt

Mix 1 tablespoon of natural honey with 2 tablespoons of white yogurt. Apply to face and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Honey moisturizes the skin, while yogurt has a calming and brightening effect.

Mask with cucumber and aloe vera

Mix 2 tablespoons of fresh cucumber juice with 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply to face and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with cool water. Cucumber refreshes and moisturizes the skin, while aloe vera relieves irritation and softens.

Mask with avocado oil and honey

Soften half a ripe avocado and mix it with 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply to face and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Avocado oil is rich in fatty acids that moisturize and nourish the skin. After application, it will be velvety and smooth.

Coconut Oil Oatmeal Mask: Mix 2 tablespoons of coconut oil with 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal. Apply to face and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Coconut oil deeply hydrates the skin, while oatmeal softens and soothes.

Mask with rosehip oil and yogurt

Mix 2 tablespoons of rosehip oil with 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply to face and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Rosehip oil is rich in vitamin C, which stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture and hydrates it.

These masks can be applied 1-2 times a week to maintain the effect and supply the dermis with the necessary moisture. It's also important to drink enough water, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and use sunscreen to prevent damage and dry skin.
