Heidi Klum sent her model daughter to college

Like most parents, Heidi Klum has mixed feelings about sending her oldest daughter off to college. "I'm very proud," the former supermodel told ET Online. "You know, there's nothing wrong with her head. Right now college is a priority for her. It's not modeling, she's really excited about the next stage in her life.".

Earlier, at 16, Leni Klum followed in her mother's footsteps and appeared on the cover of German Vogue and later in other fashion magazines.

"Her departure from home is sad, obviously, but at the same time she has enough strength to go for it," Klum Sr. noted. Her only consolation is that her daughter has moved from Los Angeles to New York, which she knows well.
