Efficient and easy: top 3 New Year's decorations with your own hands
They can be added to the interior or given as gifts to friends and family.
It's time to decorate your home for the New Year! If store-bought garlands and lanterns seem insufficiently expressive to you and you want to bring something unique to the holiday decor, you can try making hand-made decorations. It's not difficult:
Stars
For this decoration, you will need skewers. Three skewers should be glued together to make a triangle. You can glue them together with hot glue. Repeat this process two more times - to make a star, you will need three "triangles" of skewers. Then join the triangles together, overlapping slightly, to make a star. Take white (or any other) yarn of medium thickness and wrap the resulting stars. You can arrange them on the windowsill or simply hang them from the ceiling.
The dough toys
Mix a cup of salt, two cups of flour and a half cup of water, knead the resulting dough and cut out anything you want from it using molds: Christmas trees, people, stars. Make a small hole in the top of each mold so that you can thread a string through. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes, and after this time let them cool and dry. Paint the toys with paints, add glitter, thread through the holes and hang on the tree.
Elegant candle holder
Put the candle in a transparent vessel - a glass or a flask. It is important to take into account that the candle should be lower than the vessel. Wrap it with fabric, stitching the fabric with a thread, so that it does not slip and does not unfold. Wrap the resulting blank with lace or a shiny garland - the original candle holder is ready.
Involve someone close to you in making toys - the joy of the result will multiply many times over. And the opportunity to just spend time together for an interesting activity is never superfluous.
