Patrick Schwarzenegger engaged to model Abby Champion

This holiday season has been an eventful one for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's eldest son, Patrick. After celebrating Christmas with his family, he hurried to propose to longtime girlfriend Abby Champion. “Together and forever,” the happy engaged couple wrote on social networks, accompanying the post with a series of photos of the “beach proposal.” In one photo, Schwarzenegger kisses his bride on the cheek as she shows off her double-diamond engagement ring. In another, the couple kisses and cuddles on the sand next to a heart-shaped arrangement of red roses, while in another they show off a birthday cake with their portraits on it.

Schwarzenegger and Champion began dating in September 2015, confirming their relationship on social networks in February 2016. Then Abby posted a photo of herself hugging Patrick. Since then, they have tried to talk about the novel as little as possible. However, last year the actor tenderly congratulated his girlfriend on her birthday, writing: “I love this girl very much” and jokingly listing her advantages: “Works so hard. So beautiful. Faithful. Drinks two cups of coffee! Loves ice cream and her sugar shakes. Loves Jesus and also America.”

Speaking to E! News in 2019, Schwarzenegger spoke about what he values most in his relationship with Champion. “She always stands up for me, wants the best for me and brings it out of me! I always say that in a relationship, you should be each other's biggest cheerleaders." In 2019, the couple starred in the autumn campaign for the Calvin Klein denim collection.
