Rosamund Pike turned lemon into lemonade, transforming not the best physical state into a "fashion win" at the Golden Globe Awards. It took place the day before in Los Angeles.
The star of "Vanished" attracted attention at the evening with an unusual headdress of black lace, which covered almost the entire face and complemented the dress in tone. In a conversation with Variety, the actress admitted that her original exit is not due to a desire to impress others, but with a banal intention to hide the consequences of a skiing injury received during the holidays. "I wore a veil for a specific purpose," she noted. - I had a (ski) accident on Christmas Day. And it's unlikely you'll want to know the details coming into the Golden Globes on Jan. 7."
According to Rosamund, she "completely smashed" her face in the incident, which is why she found a way to attend the ceremony by wearing an atypical headdress for such events.
