Adele talks about her workout regime
Two years ago, the singer managed to lose weight, and since then she has been trying to maintain weight and maintain muscle tone.
Adele told followers on social networks how many times she trains a day to maintain her body elasticity. But she admitted that on Sundays she gives herself the opportunity to relax. The 35-year-old singer relieves the tension with a couple of drinks and takeaway food from the famous fast food chain.
If earlier, while performing a series of concerts in Las Vegas, she kept herself on a strict diet and training regimen, now she believes that a “Sunday day of disobedience” cannot do much harm.
“I've done absolutely nothing since last weekend. And so, I returned to training in the gym, which, of course, should not worry anyone. I work out two or three times a day,” the artist wrote under a humorous photograph in which she works on the exercise machine with a feeling of deep suffering on her face. “My butt becomes hard as a rock. I can move mountains. And that’s all I did,” she commented humorously.
