Natural skin lightening products

1. Yogurt and almond oil to lighten your skin.
Yogurt is believed to help lighten skin, but there is no evidence to support this. The lactic acid found in yogurt acts as a chemical exfoliant and pH regulator for the skin.
Plain yogurt is one of the best natural ingredients to treat skin problems. Thanks to its lactic acid content, it regulates the pH of the skin and minimizes the appearance of pimples and blackheads. We suggest combining it with almond oil to enjoy a glow-inducing treatment.
You will need:
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt (40 g);
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet almond oil (5 ml);
- 2 drops sandalwood essential oil.
Add yogurt, almond oil, and a couple of drops of sandalwood essential oil to a bowl. Ready.
Remove all traces of makeup from the skin and apply the prepared mask. Leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water. We repeat the procedure 2-3 times a week.
2. Lemon and rose oils.
A lotion made with lemon essential oil and rose oil can help brighten your facial skin while toning it. These ingredients stimulate collagen production, which is key to preventing premature signs of aging.
You will need:
- 6 drops lemon essential oil;
- 20 drops of rose essential oil;
To prepare the lotion, simply mix the essential oils in the indicated proportions in a bowl.
Apply the product to clean skin, preferably before bed. Should be used at least 3 times a week.
3. Oatmeal and lavender to brighten your skin.
This mask has an exfoliating and brightening effect. Oatmeal has moisturizing and exfoliating properties that help revitalize the skin. Combined with a small amount of lavender essential oil, we have a very comprehensive complexion brightening and dark spot reduction treatment, removing excess oil.
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of oat flour (20g);
- 4 drops of lavender essential oil;
- 3 tablespoons milk (45 ml).
First, pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Add lavender essential oil and milk. Mix. You should get a thick paste.
Cleanse your face and apply the mask for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Repeat use 2 times a week.
4. Chamomile and honey.
By combining chamomile with organic bee honey, we create a firming and restorative lotion ideal for tired and dull skin. Honey is a mild ingredient that helps keep your skin clear. For this reason, it also serves as an acne treatment. Regular use tones the tissues, tightens pores and helps keep the face smooth and radiant.
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of dry chamomile (15 g);
- 1/2 cup water (125 ml);
- 2 tablespoons honey (30 g).
First, add dried chamomile to half a glass of boiling water. Then let the infusion cool until warm. Strain through a sieve and add honey.
Soak a cotton pad in the infusion and lightly rub it into the skin of the face. Let it soak in and remove any residue with a damp cloth. We use it every evening before bed.
5. Milk, orange and honey.
Rich in vitamin C, this product has an immediate brightening effect and is very moisturizing.
Vitamin C is key to maintaining a radiant and toned complexion. Its antioxidant properties help minimize the negative effects of free radicals. That's why we offer this simple remedy using milk, orange and bee honey. Use only in the evenings.
You will need:
- 3 tablespoons milk (45 ml);
- 2 tablespoons orange juice (30 ml);
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 g).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir. In the evening, after removing makeup, apply the product to the entire face, leave for 20 minutes, and then wash off. We use it 2 times a week.
