Don't eat these foods if you dream of a flat tummy
You want to lose weight and get rid of the "potbelly". Then you should not eat certain foods that can affect weight gain.
A flat belly is the dream of many women and men. Some foods lead to faster weight gain than others because they are high in calories. But their nutrient levels are low. Never eat the following foods if you dream of a taut tummy:
1. Fatty meats. Most of the lamb, veal and pork are rich in saturated fats, that is, the worst fats. They lead to increased cholesterol levels, clogged arteries and heart disease. They contain a lot of calories, so they lead to weight gain. Eat lean chicken or fish. Or don't eat meat at all.
2. Sugar. You can do without it, as it is just empty calories. Whenever you consume candy or sugary sodas, the calories are quickly stored in the body as fat and are not burned immediately. Try to avoid any food that has sugar added to it.
3- White food. Pasta, cookies and white flour breads have almost no nutritional value because they are deeply processed. Many of them also contain added sugar and fat. They give an immediate feeling of satiety. But it passes quickly. As a result, the temptation to eat more becomes stronger.
