Let's look at the Hollywood actresses who became the stars of the evening both on stage and on the red carpet.

The Academy Awards ceremony took place for the 96th time in Los Angeles. This is the most prestigious award in cinema, which, according to established tradition, is presented annually either in March or February. Since the Dolby Theater cannot accommodate everyone, as a rule, those who have distinguished themselves in a particular film project filmed in the past year are invited. This time there were stars from such films as “Oppenheimer”, “Barbie”, “The Poor Unfortunate”, “Anatomy of a Fall”, “The Leftovers”, “Maestro”, “American Fiction”, etc. Let’s take a careful look at their arrival at place of the ceremony, because later in the evening there will be no opportunity to take a good look at their outfits. But only bustle, hype, fun, congratulations, smiles and a naked John Cena, who came out to announce the winner in the “Best Costume Design” category. Almost everything is the same as always, and only the images on the red carpet are exclusively new.

Emma Stone

The nominee and then Oscar winner for best performance in a leading role in the film “The Lost and Lost” shone in a dress with a peplum made of soft mint jacquard from Louis Vuitton. She added a single piece of jewelry to her look - a 30-carat necklace from the French fashion house's high jewelry collection.

Carey Mulligan

Although the participant in the biopic “Maestro” did not receive an award, she was recognized as the most stylish heroine of the evening. Carey channeled classic Hollywood glamor in a black and white mermaid-cut Balenciaga dress from 1951. As with Stone, Mulligan opted for minimal jewelry in the form of laconic earrings from Fred Leighton.

America Ferrera

The real woman from “Barbie” was also left without an Oscar, but she showed her colleagues and television viewers a pink, tight-fitting dress with a shiny texture like chain mail. Work on the outfit took more than 400 hours. “We thought that lastly we’d go back to pink – pink from Versace!” joked the actress’s stylist Karla Welsh when talking to reporters. A Pomellato necklace completed Ferrera's stunning look.

Margot Robbie

America's colleague on the set of "Barbie" did not wear pink this time. After all, months of constant display of outfits in this color took their toll. Instead, Margot appeared in front of the cameras in a brown dress with a metallic texture from the same Versace. Well, I chose a massive bracelet, also from Fred Leighton, as an accessory.

Anya Taylor-Joy

Representing one of the nominations, Anya Taylor-Joy appeared on stage in a dress from the Dior couture collection. A silky ivory bustier was paired with a skirt adorned with embroidered black and white petals. Anya paired her outfit with rings and earrings from the Tiffany & Co brand.

Zendaya

Zendaya took the stage to announce the nominees wearing an asymmetrical pink and gray Giorgio Armani Privé dress. Palm trees embroidered on silk and a shimmering bodice added to the effect.

The tight metallic dress from Fendi's couture collection may have stopped the actress from sitting in the audience later and watching the ceremony, but it didn't stop her from smiling widely on the red carpet. She accessorized with long earrings from Bucherer Fine Jewelery.

Florence Pugh

The Oppenheimer star made a fashion statement with a silver Del Core dress, Piferi platform heels and a Bulgari snake necklace. I was especially impressed by the skillfully made bodice - it was embroidered with beads that resembled drops of water.

Ariana Grande

The singer and actress chose this time to wrap herself in a fancy pale pink dress from Giambatista Valli. The work on the musical film “Evil”, in which Ariana played the kind Glinda, has an impact. The voluminous outfit was complemented by Tiffany & Co. jewelry. with pink stones.
