And in this review, we will talk about modern sports for adults that can be practiced with joy, ease and communication - that is, without overexertion, but with only positive emotions. Snorkeling
Suitable for those who go to relax by the water. Of course, it is ideal for seas and oceans with rich flora and fauna, because it is swimming with a breathing tube on the surface of the water. You lower your face in a mask, breathe through a tube and admire the myriads of colorful fish and bizarre corals swimming by somewhere in the Red Sea or in the Pacific Ocean in the Polynesian region.
Hiking and trekking
Don't be scared by foreign words. But this is how good old hiking trips are now called in international practice. The difference between hiking and trekking is in the length of the route and the development of infrastructure.
Pickleball
A young sport, but gaining popularity every year for people of all ages. It is a sport at the intersection of badminton, tennis and table tennis. A court of four squares is drawn. It develops the shoulder girdle, arms and lumbar muscles very well. Tourism on SUP boards or SUP surfing has been breaking records in popularity for several years now. Unlike simple surfing and kiting, it does not require much expense - a board and a paddle. And you can cut through the water surface of varying degrees of "excitement". Except, of course, for big waves. In this case, it is better to do without a paddle. Trips on "boards" for long distances at a moderate pace strengthen the legs and arms, develop horizons and give incomparable pleasure.
Ultimate or Frisbee
A team game with a flying Frisbee disc. You know, the kind that used to be used more for playing with dogs. But in its “human” version, the game is also slowly winning hearts. Especially since it is simple, easy and fun. The players are divided into two teams, and the field into two parts. The task of the participants is to catch or knock down the disc in the opponent’s zone, while the server cannot move. The most important thing is that there are no judges, all disputes and results are discussed by the players. Develops team spirit, coordination of movements, tactical thinking and love of life.
