Most of Russia is experiencing a calendar summer – high temperatures and solar activity. Not many people feel comfortable in the heat. In this review, we will reveal the techniques of how to dress to make your stay outside easier. Taking into account the summer collections shown on the world catwalks – in Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen and Paris.

Maxi Dresses

Long dresses are almost always the right choice for warm weather. The elongated, flowing silhouettes perfectly combine style and comfort, and with the right accessories are ideal for a wide range of events. If you sew them from light and natural fabrics - linen, viscose, silk, etc., they will be breathable and tactilely very pleasant. This means that you will not sweat much in the heat. The loose shape provides maximum freedom of movement and gently envelops the body. At the same time, long dresses offer good protection from solar radiation. Therefore, it is not surprising that maxi dresses could be seen on the catwalks from Berlin to Copenhagen. Danish brand LoveChild 1979 offered white maxi dresses, which, thanks to their light reflection, are very suitable for the established heat.

Another feature, this time, of lightweight fabrics, providing comfortable existence outside with temperatures above +25. Danish clothing manufacturer A. Roege Hove made a fashionable dive at Copenhagen Fashion Week, presenting transparent tops, long-sleeved shirts, shorts, dresses and even capri pants. Transparent materials were also popular at the Milan shows. For example, in the form of an asymmetrical chiffon dress by Antonio Marras, a long halter dress made of white cotton lace by Alberta Ferretti or a combination of a mesh shirt and a midi skirt by Sportmax.

Cutouts

If the thermometer stubbornly creeps up to 30 degrees, synthetic materials, which are often used for transparent dresses, are unacceptable. Models with different cutouts can come to the rescue. The trend perfectly satisfies the needs during warm summer days, as it allows the skin to breathe, and therefore cool down. The variability of models with cutouts is huge: from incredibly elegant images that could be seen at Valentino at Paris Fashion Week, to seductive dresses from Versace and Mugler.
