The designer Domenico Dolce was inspired to create his first fragrance for dogs by his own pet named Fefé. It also served as the name of the presented luxury fragrance. "The formula, naturally, does not contain alcohol. Therefore, with its help you can care for the skin and eyes of the dog, while eliminating unpleasant odors, which allows you to create a playful atmosphere of beauty," says the statement from Dolce & Gabbana. And of course, the luxury fragrance in the form of a mist is packaged in an elegant, laconic design container - a green bottle with a red metal cap, that is, in the brand's signature colors. On it you can also see an image of a dog's paw print, covered with 24-karat gold. The "smell for dogs" went on sale in a bright yellow box.

As for the ingredients of Fefé, ylang-ylang, musk and sandalwood notes are used for its production. The “gentle” perfume was “carefully developed taking into account the sensitive sense of smell of dogs, which provides a pleasant experience for their owners and all animal lovers,” the brand said in a statement.

The fragrance was created by Emily Coppermann, head perfumer at Symrise. Her previous creations include Karl Ikonik Pour Homme for Karl Lagerfeld and 212 VIP Rose for Carolina Herrera.

Dolce & Gabbana also reported that the Fefé formula complies with the Protocol for Safe Cosmetics for Dogs. This generally accepted set of rules is used by manufacturers when releasing hygiene products for four-legged friends. “By being recognised for compliance with this protocol by Bureau Veritas Italia, participating companies demonstrate their commitment to creating products that ensure safety and respect for animals in accordance with the established standards,” the brand recalled.

The main characters of the advertising campaign for the new fragrance from D&G, naturally, are dogs. Cute furry models pose in pictures with a bottle, but the real "star" of the photo shoot is recognized in social networks as a golden-haired poodle.
