New 'Alien' series to begin filming in 2023

With a high degree of probability, the fifth season of the cult science fiction thriller Alien will begin filming in 2023.

As the author of Fargo and Legion, Noah Hawley, who, after a series of directorial reshuffles, will be engaged in production, explained, the project is now in active pre-production.

Information on the plot is still closed, although it is known that the action in the new series will unfold in the near future, and the main events from space will be transferred to Earth.

When the date of the premiere of the project can be announced, apparently, the authors themselves do not yet know.

But, according to experts, the calculation should be done at best at the end of 2024 or the first half of 2025.
