Saldana and Worthington agree to star in Avatar for the rest of their lives
The project raised the actors to a new level of stardom.
Avatar two-parter stars Zoe Saldana and Sam Worthington spoke on a recent TV show about how their relationship with the project has changed over the course of filming.
According to the actress, initially she regretted that she had signed a contract not only for the original film, but also for a large number of sequels.
Saldana believed that this could make her a "slave" of one project and prevent her from developing.
Worthington confirmed that he signed the same long-term contract, and then began to doubt the correctness of such a decision.
But the first Avatar came out, then the second season. Both have grossed billions at the box office, bringing incredible popularity to their members. And Zoe and Sam changed their minds.
“Fear of the future is gone. "Avatar" has become our home, in which we want to live forever. You can shoot in this project endlessly, until the end of your life, ”the actor admitted.
“If Cameron says that he will shoot sixty Avatar films, he won’t have to persuade Sam and me,” the actress supported her colleague.
