Sadie Sink to star in rock opera about love in the apocalypse
In a dangerous city in which terrible things are happening, there is still a place for high relations.
Stranger Things star Sadie Sink has landed a lead role in a project called OʼDessa.
According to director and screenwriter Jeremy Jasper, it will be a full-length film in the rock opera genre.
According to the announced plot, the heroine Sadie Sink survives during the apocalypse, after which she goes on a journey in search of some kind of family heirloom that will help revive their family.
Along the way, the girl finds herself in a dangerous city, living in a post-apocalyptic future, and where strange and terrible events take place.
In the same place, the heroine unexpectedly falls in love with a guy whose soul does not belong to him.
In the struggle for love and for the return of the soul to the young man, the girl, like other characters, will actively use songs that will be specially written for this project.
Shooting of either a movie or a rock opera should begin at the end of May in Croatia. They wanted to start earlier, but Sink was busy filming the fifth season of Stranger Things.
