Actor Lance Kerwin, who became a movie star as a child, has died
The artist has struggled with numerous health problems.
In the United States, at the age of sixty-three, actor Lance Kevin, who was once called a child star, died.
His parents brought him to the set as a child, and producers and directors noticed him there.
In 1976, he played a younger version of the character Myll Landon in the NBC TV movie The Loneliest Runner. Then there was the main role in the drama series "James at 15", which was released in 1977.
Kerwin starred in the 1979 television horror miniseries Salem's Lot, based on the Stephen King novel of the same name. The project received three Emmy nominations.
He was predicted an outstanding career, and the young actor was really in demand. He has appeared in such projects as Emergency!, Little House on the Prairie, Gunsmoke, Wonder Woman, The Bionic Woman, Children of Divorce, Insight, Trapper John, M.D., Simon & Simon, "Murder, She Wrote" and "The New Lassie".
True, for the most part, these were far from being the main ones, and sometimes just episodic roles.
In the nineties, Kerwin left the cinema, and went into religion. Served as a pastor in Hawaii.
Two years ago, it became known about the former actor's numerous health problems and his financial distress, against the background of which one American foundation even opened a fundraiser for his treatment. All these years, the actor fought for life, but the disease won.
