Kevin Spacey has been replaced in '1242: Gateway to the West'
Despite unproven allegations of sexual abuse, the actor has faced distrust.
The allegations of sexual assault against actor Kevin Spacey, although not confirmed by the facts, have already begun to affect his career.
At the end of last year, Spacey, who was supposed to become the lead artist of the project, was taken out of the acting troupe of the historical drama 1242: Gateway to the West, and now he has already been selected for a replacement.
The former role of Spacey will now be played by Thor and RRR star Ray Stevenson. Other characters will be played by Eric Roberts, Christopher Lambert, Neil Stuke and Genevieve Florence. The drama about Genghis Khan will be directed by Peter Soos.
As for Spacey, he does not remain without work at all, he is invited to various projects. Although, it is clear that against the background of the accusations, the artist feels extremely uncomfortable.
