The trailer for the film "Bogeyman" based on the novel by Stephen King
This year, viewers will see two films based on the works of the "king of horrors" at once.
A few days after the announcement of the distributor of a new film adaptation of Stephen King's novel "Children of the Corn", 20th Century Studios released a trailer for a film based on another of his works - "Bogeyman". The film will be released in theaters on June 2nd.
According to THR, the studio originally planned to show the new "Bogeyman" on the Hulu streaming service. However, test screenings confirmed the steady interest of the audience, so it was decided to give the picture a chance to be shown in cinemas.
Directed by Rob Savage (The Recorder) from a screenplay by Scott Beck, Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place) and Mark Heyman (Black Swan).
