Although the producers did not reveal the secrets of the storyline at that time, it was clear that the Penguin was indispensable without those already familiar from the main films of the franchise.

And now the “first sign” in the person of Pattinson has already arrived, albeit at the level of insider rumors.

As for the main villain, the character remained with Colin Farrell. Christine Milioti, best known for How I Met Your Mother, will play the female lead. Penguin is being directed by the previously announced Craig Zobel.
