Christopher McQuarrie shared a still from Mission: Impossible 8
The events of the final part of the franchise will unfold in the Arctic realities.
Director of the final two films of the Mission: Impossible film series, Christopher McQuarrie, has shared a new photo from the set. From the frame it becomes clear that Agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) will go on a deadly Arctic mission. The eighth film is currently being filmed and is scheduled to premiere on June 26, 2024, while the seventh film has already been filmed and will be released on July 12 this year.
McQuarrie did not identify the location of the snowy landscape in the published image. But earlier it was reported that the eighth "Mission" will be filmed in the Svalbard archipelago. As for the fur-clad man in the picture, it turned out to be an Inuit (Indigenous Greenlandic) actress Lucy Tulugarjuk.
