Keanu Reeves admits that filming stunts in the John Wick franchise is a dangerous and exhausting business. “I think everyone is very tired – but it’s a pleasant tiredness. It is like climbing a mountain and now you are resting; how you finished the game and won,” the actor told ComicBook.com.
He also revealed that “I once made a mistake – I opened the head of a gentleman. So it's really not easy. But on the other hand, one guy was hit by a car. I had to take him to the hospital, but he was fine,” he added. Professional solidarity saved Reeves and other actors from frequent visits to the hospital. “All that can be said after that: you should not care,” Keanu noted. “It was great that everyone (on set) looked out for each other. Because there were bruises, wounds and pain.”
John Wick 4 was released last week. In it, as in the previous parts, Reeves played a killer who, after a long break, again decides to get down to business, because his enemies are killing his wife and dog. The franchise started in 2014.
