Having gone to help a relative stuck in the snow on a 6-ton PistenBully snowcat, the actor at some point got out of it, but he began to move and knocked him down. As a result, hospitalized Jeremy was diagnosed with a blunt chest injury, including eight broken ribs in 14 places, fractures of the orbit, jaw, etc.

In an interview with Diane Sawyer for ABC News, Jeremy admitted that he remembers "all the pain" he's had since: "I was conscious the whole time."
