Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh to play lovers in new film

Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are filming We Live in Time. They are currently taking place in London.

Plot details are being kept under wraps for now. But it is known that the director's chair was taken by John Crowley, known for his work on such films as "Brooklyn" (2015) and "Boy A" (2007), in which Garfield played the main role. "We Live in Time" was written by Nick Payne ("The Crown").

Both Pugh and Garfield have Oscar nominations. This is not the first time that both have collaborated with the A24 film studio behind the production of the new film. Florence starred in her thriller Solstice (2019), and Andrew starred in the detective comedy Beneath Silver Lake (2017).
