Born on July 30, 1947 in the small Austrian village of Thal, Arnold Schwarzenegger began his career by bodybuilding and won the prestigious "Mr. Olympia" competition seven times! He became an actor and starred in more than forty films. And in between films he still managed to work in politics, serving as a Governor of California from 2003 to 2011. «Pumping Iron» (1977)

Schwarzenegger's Hollywood stardom eventually overshadowed his bodybuilding career.
