Gotham Awards for Independent Film in New York

Film awards season has unofficially kicked off in New York City with the return of the Gotham Awards. At the annual ceremony, this time the 33rd in a row, the best works in the field of television and independent cinema were celebrated. The triumph of the evening was the South Korean director Celine Song with the melodrama “Past Lives” - about the meeting of a man and a woman who were connected by “first love” in their youth. But, of course, the ceremony was interesting not only for the list of laureates, but also for the outfits of the stars.
